Contributions to Track Off

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Track Off (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Rail Safety and Standards Board a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution. If you do not want to grant to Rail Safety and Standards Board the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to Track Off.

Children’s names and photographs that show children’s faces will only be shown on the website with the permission of their parents or guardians.
